Privacy Policy – SAWT IA
This privacy policy describes how Sensei Prod SARL-AU, publisher of the SAWT IA platform (hereinafter "the Company"), collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data collected
We collect the following information:
- First name, last name, email address when creating an account
- Login and platform usage data
- Audio recordings, transcripts and data generated by AI agents
- Data from authorized third-party integrations (Google, CRM, etc.)
- Billing information (managed by our payment provider)
- Browsing and audience data (via Google Analytics)
3. Google sign-in and integration (OAuth 2.0)
SAWT IA uses Google OAuth 2.0 to let you sign in with your Google account and authorize access to specific Google services that you explicitly choose.
Access requested:
- Google Profile (openid, email, profile): to create and identify your SAWT IA account.
- Gmail: solely to let your AI agent send notification emails on your behalf (for example, when a new prospect leaves their contact details). SAWT IA does not read or access the content of your mailbox.
- Google Calendar: to check your availability and create appointments requested by your customers, if you enable this feature.
- Google Docs: to read (and, if you configure it, update) only the documents you have explicitly selected, for example as a knowledge source for your agent, if you enable this feature.
- Google Sheets: to allow reading and writing data only in the spreadsheets you have explicitly selected. You control which sheet is used for reading and which sheet is used for writing.
File access uses only the Google "drive.file" permission: your agent can only access files you have selected yourself, never the rest of your Google Drive.
Use of Google data:
- Data accessible via Google is used solely to carry out the actions you have configured on your AI agent.
- It is never resold, shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
- The use of data obtained through the Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Limited Use and artificial intelligence:
Sawtia's use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Sawtia does not use, transfer, or sell Google Workspace user data to create, train, or improve machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models — whether foundational or generalized. This data is processed only by AI sub-processors that are bound not to use it for training their models, and solely to provide the features you have requested.

Sawtia n'utilise, ne transfère ni ne vend les données Google Workspace pour créer, entraîner ou améliorer des modèles d'intelligence artificielle ou d'apprentissage automatique. Ces données ne sont traitées que par des sous-traitants IA tenus de ne pas les utiliser pour l'entraînement de leurs modèles, et uniquement pour fournir les fonctionnalités demandées par l'utilisateur.
Revoking access:
You can revoke the permissions granted to SAWT IA at any time from your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Google Analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic and improve the user experience. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about your browsing (pages visited, duration, device, approximate location).
- The data is pseudonymized and does not directly identify you.
- It is transmitted to Google Inc. and subject to Google's privacy policy.
- You can disable Google Analytics via the browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Secure payment (Payzone)
Payments are processed by Payzone, a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. SAWT IA never stores your bank details on its servers.
- Card details are entered directly on Payzone's secure platform.
- Only non-sensitive data (transaction reference, status) is kept by SAWT IA.
6. Purposes of processing
- Providing and improving SAWT IA's services
- Managing your account and subscription
- Running the AI agent features you have enabled
- Audience analysis and improving the site experience
- Sending service-related communications (billing, updates)
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
7. Data sharing
Your data is never sold. It may only be shared with:
- AI model providers (voice processing, LLM) to run the services
- Payzone for payment processing
- Google for OAuth authentication and Analytics
- Meta for advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
- Competent authorities where legally required
No model training: SAWT IA does not use any customer data — conversations, audio recordings, transcripts or data from integrations — to create, train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our AI model providers are contractually bound to the same prohibition.
8. Data retention
- Account data: duration of the subscription + 1 year after termination
- Conversation history, recordings and transcripts: kept for 30 days (all plans), then automatically deleted
- Billing data: 5 years (accounting obligation)
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics setting)
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of data at rest
- Restricted access to personal data
- Access monitoring and logging
10. Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to object: object to certain processing
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format
